wwwAn NGO founded 11 years ago; SARA has made a difference to the lives of Half a Million Tribal Community Members includes Women, Children, Adolescents, Young Adults, People living with HIV / AIDS, MSWs & FSWs. SARA works in the poorest tribal communities of the State to help women, children and young people transform their lives by working on shaping them today. In the last one decades, SARA has seen outstanding results through the programmes i.e. Awareness/ Sensitization Programs, Capacity building, Training, Linkages with financial institutions to form SHGs / JLGs, Convergence & Networking to break the cycle of poverty. In 2021, SARA celebrated 10 years of making a difference.

SARA works closely with the State Government, District Administration, Different Departments at the State and District Level, Non-Government organizations, and Panchayati Raj institutions at the grassroots and other relevant forums. SARA advocates people-centered policies for dynamic planning and programme management and initiate and support innovative and development programmes at the grassroots with the active participation of the people.

                              SARA’s constant endeavour has been to facilitate the process of need based, effective, sustainable and people centric development. SARA promotes issue of Women & Child, Adolescents, Youths, and Development. The beneficiaries of SARA’s programme include professionals, researchers, social activists, government functionaries and media personnel.

SARA is proud to work with several organizations from both the public and private sectors, including central and state level governments, corporations, not-for-profit organizations, foundations. Through their support, SARA is able to continue its work in Women & Child Development, Health & Hygiene, Water & Sanitation, Agriculture, Organic Farming, Skill Development, Income Generation activities & Livelihood and development sector especially at the grass root level with the active participation of the people from its inception in 2011.
